A meeting pod for four
QUAD is made for team meetings that need a room of their own. Up to four people can meet comfortably to discuss ideas, plan work or solve problems together. With sofas and a larger table, QUAD also suits longer work sessions and video calls.
What’s included
Furniture is chosen to match how the pod will be used. QUAD can be fitted with sofas and a table, and with a TV mount for video calls and screen sharing. Extra sockets are available as an option.
As standard it comes with a frameless glass double door, four 220 V sockets, four USB-C ports, a curtain and a choice of base colours. Assembly on site takes up to four hours.

Materials and design
The whole exterior is natural oak veneer with visible wood grain. The frameless glass double door and the glass detail on the back keep a visual connection to the office around it, while giving the team a room of its own.
Light and controls
A presence sensor detects whether anyone is inside, so the light doesn’t switch off just because everyone is sitting still during a meeting. When the pod is empty, the lighting and ventilation go to standby and switch back on as soon as someone steps in.
Lighting and ventilation can be adjusted on the touch screen. On request, the pod can connect to the ARKA fleet management app, which shows how the pods are used and helps plan where they go in the office.
