TERMS OF USE AND B2B COOPERATION TERMS
These terms apply to the use of the website www.arkasilent.com (hereinafter – the Website) and to the B2B cooperation/order process.

- General provisions
1.1. The information published on the Website is intended for companies and professional use (B2B).
1.2. Sales to consumers (B2C) are not carried out. Consumer distance-selling rules (e.g., the 14-day right of withdrawal) do not apply under this business model.
1.3. Purchases by end customers are provided only through an authorized distributor, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accordingly, the purchase agreement, invoice, payments, delivery, and part of the after-sales process are governed between the Buyer and the authorized distributor.
1.4. The Company may update these terms at any time by publishing the new version on the Website.
- Inquiries, offers, and placing orders (B2B)
2.1. To request a quotation or start cooperation, the Buyer submits an inquiry (via the Website or by emailing support@arkasilent.com).
2.2. The Company may:
- provide technical product information; and/or
- forward the inquiry to the appropriate authorized distributor.
2.3. Offers, specifications, and timelines become binding only after written confirmation (order confirmation / agreement / invoice — depending on the transaction model).
- Prices and payment
3.1. The settlement currency is EUR.
3.2. The payment procedure is set out in the invoice and terms issued by the authorized distributor, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Payment is typically made by bank transfer.
- Delivery (B2B)
4.1. Delivery is provided throughout the European Union.
4.2. Delivery method: only via an authorized distributor — the authorized distributor will deliver to the Buyer’s address, agreeing the date and time in advance.
4.3. Indicative production/delivery lead time: up to 8 weeks, counted from order confirmation and/or receipt of payment (as stated in the invoice/agreement).
4.4. Lead times may change due to custom configurations, logistics constraints, or other objective circumstances. The Buyer will be informed of any changes.
- Returns and withdrawal rights (B2B)
5.1. As sales are B2B, the consumer 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
5.2. Returns are possible only if there is a written agreement (e.g., by email or in the agreement).
5.3. If a return is agreed, the Buyer covers the return costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty and claims
6.1. Warranty and conformity matters are handled in accordance with the authorized distributor’s sales terms and/or a separate written agreement with the Company (if applicable).
6.2. Claims and warranty requests may be submitted by emailing: support@arkasilent.com.
6.3. When submitting a claim, please include: company details, order/invoice number, description of the issue, photo/video evidence (if possible), and a contact person.
- Processing of personal data
7.1. The Company processes only the personal data provided in communications (e.g., name, email, phone number, job title) that is necessary for preparing an offer, fulfilling an order, or providing support.
7.2. If You have consented to receive marketing messages, the Company may send information about news/offers. You can opt out of marketing communications by emailing: support@arkasilent.com.
7.3. More information about data processing is available in the Company’s Privacy Policy on the Website.
- Dispute resolution and applicable law
8.1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
